Of course having XQuery and etc. is very nice but soft wares should stay updated. We paid lot to migrating from J2EE 1.4 to JEE 5. I hope migrating to JEE 6 doesn't cost that much otherwise I'm not fan of java anymore. Java team can separate these new features in libraries and any body interested on them can use them.
