Sun proposes a fix for classloader deadlock bug
This just went out on the Sun core-libs mailing list: a draft proposal for Class Loader deadlock fix. This is for the long-standing classloader bug 4670071. This bug was posted in 2002 and developers have been heaping scorn on Sun for quite a long time for this issue. Good to see some progress!
Sure would be nice if they could drag the proposal out of the mail attachment and onto a blog or web page somewhere though.
